Hydraulic Press

Hydraulic press Model ÂÏ-160À  is intended for vulcanization of V-belts with lengths from 3750 to 12000 mm with various profiles.

The vulcanization of rubber products is carried out in heated metal press-molds.

The press has adjustable extended fixtures and an individual hydraulic station providing a press capacity of 200 tf. The control system automatically sustains the required pressure and preset vulcanization time.
