Complex for Roll Over and Repair of Conveyer Belts
Intended for roll over and checking of the belt surface on the controller table. Upon detection of a defective area, the repair of the belt is conducted using the hydraulic press with 400 tf capacity.
Vulcanization (repair) is carried out using heated metal plates with cooling of both ends. In case a defective area was missed, there is an option of returning the belt using reverse drive of the rolling device. The press control system provides an automatic sustaining of the required pressure during vulcanization and preset vulcanization time.
