BRIC

BRIC — a grouping acronym that refers to four countries of rapid economic development: Brazil, Russia, India and China. TMP’s contribution to the mutually beneficial cooperation between these countries is evident through the fact that they already use and continue to purchase equipment bearing the TMP stamp. Before the collapse of the USSR all international sales were carried through the Stankoimport foreign trade agency. Today, TMP works directly with its clients.

In November of 2010 the company fulfilled an order for Reduce Rolls for a Brazilian client. The complex is used to receive rolled blanks, which then get stamped for various parts, including crankshafts and front axle beams. One should note that the Reduce Rolls are specifically made for a subdivision of the well known German corporate group — ThyssenKrupp Grupp. TMP has also received an order from the aforementioned company for the production of an automated complex for a hot-stamping forging press with a nominal capacity of 2500 tf. The construction of the press is already underway.

The plant is also building 2100 tf capacity integrated press for trimming and calibrating forgings of front axle beams for a giant Indian auto-company TATA Motors.
